Where are the Assisted Living/Independent Living (AL/IL) facilities located?

We are located in Oakland County, in the city of Madison Heights. Our neighborhoods are safe, clean and offer a variety of community resources and activity centers to enjoy! We are also within minutes of St. John Hospital.

We will be expanding to surrounding counties including Macomb and Wayne. We are always looking for ways to better accommodate our clients so please check with us to see if we have a facility open in your desired area!

What are the prices for AL/IL services?

Our prices vary depending on the services requested/required. We strive to offer the best possible pricing for the quality and security we provide. Generally, the Assisted Living facilities start at $1,500* per month and Independent Living starts at $600* per month. These prices include room, board, utilities (and cable!) and provision of health care services as applicable.

Do you accept Alzheimer/Dementia patients?

Yes, we are more than happy to assist you in caring for your loved one suffering from early-mid stage Alzheimer/Dementia. We offer specialized care plans, memory care and security measures to ensure their safety and security while offering you peace of mind!

What kind of food is served in the AL/IL facilities?

All of our meals are home made! We put a lot of love into the meals we prepare. Oftentimes, we try to make meals that are favorites of our residents. Many of our residents are accustomed to cooking for their families so we try to implement that into their care plans by allowing them to assist with meal preparation--whether it's simply setting the table or helping to cook an entire meal! Our focus is providing them with balanced and nutritious meals while still maintaining their sense of independence.

My parent/loved one isn't quite ready to transition into a residential program but they do need assistance at home. Do you offer these services?

Yes, in addition to our residential programs, where we offer personal care and supervision, we also offer At Home Assistance, where we can come into their home to assist with health care management, medication management, and personal care as needed including housekeeping, laundry and bill pay.

I have been caring for my loved one for a while and I just need a break! Do you offer any services that could assist me with this?
